Comb 50-100 strokes in every morning and every night
Comb or brush your hair and scalp gently with a natural bristle brush for about 50-100 strokes in the morning and at night. It increases circulation to the scalp and stimulates hair growth. Brushing hair is especially helpful in breaking up hardened oils that are clogging your hair follicles.

Hot Towel Steaming Treatment before Shampooing
